Terms and Conditions -
- Participants must have an Active Travel Buddy Card and be in good standing throughout the promotion period.
- For every 5 BHD spent using the Travel Buddy card for Point of Sale (POS) or E- commerce (ECOM) transactions, the participant will receive one (1) entry in the draw. This applies to transactions both within and outside Bahrain. For illustration purposes only, a spend of 100 BHD will result in 20 entries.
- Transactions conducted outside of Bahrain will be converted to BHD using BFC Pay's prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing. BFC Payment's determination of the BHD value shall be final and binding.
- The Promotion period commences at 00:00 hours (Bahrain time) on 13th October 2025 and concludes at 23:59 hours (Bahrain time) on 13th November 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Only transactions successfully processed during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the draw.
- Reversals and Refunded transactions will not be considered for the calculation of chances.
- One winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted under the supervision of an authorized representative and MOIC official. The winner may designate one travel companion who must meet all applicable travel requirements. Both travelers must sign a liability waiver and publicity release prior to travel.
- The trip value cannot be exchanged for cash, if the winner does not wish to go on the trip he can nominate someone to go.

Additional Terms:
- BFC Payments reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion.
- By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and BFC Pay's decisions, which are final and binding.
- The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Winners must possess valid travel documents and meet all entry requirements for Egypt.
- BFC Pay is not responsible for any inability to complete travel due to visa issues, travel restrictions, or force majeure events.
- Personal data collected during this promotion will be processed in accordance with Bahraini data protection laws.
- This promotion is regulated by the MOIC.
- BFC Payments will never request the winners to pay any charges for claiming their prizes or ask for their personal identification numbers, bank account details or any other confidential information/documents.
- BFC Payments staff and their immediate family members (spouse, parents and children) are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
- Unclaimed prizes will be transferred to MOIC after six months of each draw.
