Rewards earned on the BFC Pay app have monetary value attached to them, The BFC Points can be converted into BHD, which can be redeemed as cashback or gift cards. 

It is instant. Once the scratch card is scratched the reward is awarded immediately. BFC Points will reflect on the rewards wallet. 

No, BFC Pay does not allow for multiple linked accounts, but the user can earn rewards separately for each account. Based on the terms and conditions.  

It is usually 1 month, sometimes the same offer is extended for the upcoming months, and they are clearly mentioned on the rewards home page.  

Refer to the rewards home page of the BFC Pay App and see if you have completed the required transaction to earn the rewards.  

There can be some offers which might happen sometimes. Which might not request to the user not to do a transaction. This is seasonal so please keep an eye on the rewards home page for such offers

No, the Rewards earned on BFC Pay can only be transferred to your BFC Pay wallet while redeeming as cashback 

There is a range of various gift cards and vouchers   that have different denominations which can be redeemed once you have accumulated the required BFC Points.  

It depends on the type of reward earned, Gift Card and Vouchers can be used only with the respective merchant. However, BFC Points can be redeemed for cashback which will come to BFC Pay wallet through which you can pay off the bills and balance. 

Each redemption has its own requirements, and it is mentioned in the Terms & Condition of the Gift Card or Voucher.

No, there is no time limit to redeem the rewards from the BFC Pay App. 

When the reward is redeemed, it has detailed terms and conditions which will mention if it can be combined with other offers and promotions.

Nothing happens to the rewards as you cannot close your BFC Pay account, as we can only keep it Dormant stage. If the account becomes active again and if the rewards are not expired, then you may use the rewards.  

No, Rewards program is applicable only for the nationals of Bahrain and Residents of Bahrain

Yes, there is a limit on how many rewards can be earned per transaction.
